The 100 Day commitment started out me just practicing saying "no" to people, places and things. I had to stop feeling guilty of not making an event, not staying on the phone with small talk for an hour, cutting my "me time" short for someone else and allowing others to make their lack of planning my emergency.
As a wife, mother of four boys, an entrepreneur and educator, I was lost in the shuffle. I had put everyone first and my body was exhausted. It was time to hit the reset button.

This commitment is for anyone who desires to regain focus, increase enthusiasm, is serving others but forgetting to serve self, the overwhelmed parents, the CEO, the entrepreneur and THE GO-GETTER!
WHAT IS THE OBJECTIVE FOR THIS COMMITMENT?
The objective of this commitment is for everyone to develop habits of self-care. These habits include: being honest with self, staying focused, setting goals, become healthier physically, mentally and spiritually, save money, find their purpose, get mind strong and learn to take one day at a time.
WHY 100 DAYS?
One hundred days gives you the chance to clarify your goals, make action plans, hold yourself accountable and maintain this commitment. During these one hundred days, you will come across distractions. However, you are committed and because of the length of this commitment you can form habits to keep distractions at bay.
